Vegan Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup coconut butter
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup Anthony’s Nutritional Yeast
- ⅛ teaspoon Anthony’s Citric Acid
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅓ teaspoon Anthony’s Xanthan Gum
- ¼ teaspoon Anthony’s Ground Turmeric
- ⅓ teaspoon salt
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients.
- Process until very smooth and combined.
- Transfer to a small square container lined with plastic wrap and freeze until set.
- Slice or grate as desired.
