Cookie Dough Protein Bites

  1. In a food processor, combine the almond flour and coconut oil. 
  2. Process until it turns into nut butter, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. 
  3. Transfer the nut butter to a mixing bowl. 
  4. Add the pea protein, maple syrup, and coconut flour; mix well. 
  5. Mix in the chocolate chunks. 
  6. Form into balls using heaping tablespoon measures; chill until set. 
  7. Enjoy!
