Amla Smoothie

Smoothies are the perfect summer time treat! This smoothie is packed with all kinds of goodness!

You can get creative with this smoothie recipe by adding all different kinds of toppings. We chose flax & coconut, but you could also choose granola, berries, bananas, honey, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and so much more.

Amla Smoothie


  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Amla Powder
  • 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ frozen banana
  • 1-2 T vegan protein powder
  • ¼ cup soy milk
  • Toppings of choice: shredded coconut & ground flaxseeds


  1. Add the ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop the smoothie into a glass serving jar.
  3. Add the toppings of choice to your smoothie (we used coconut & flaxseeds).

Prep time: 3 minutes
Total time: 8 minutes
Serving: 1 smoothie
