Chocolate Ashwagandha Ice Cream

  • 14 ounces full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Anthony's Cocoa Powder
  • 2/3 cup Anthony's Coconut Sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Anthony's Ashwagandha
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Anthony's Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and a little frothy. 
  2. Churn in an ice cream maker per manufacturer's instructions until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
