Coconut and Almond Cereal

  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the coconut oil and maple syrup. 
  3. Add the shredded coconut, almond flour, and salt; mix well.
  4. Pat/spread dough out very thinly on the prepared baking sheet. 
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Break into small flakes. 
  7. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  8. Cool and enjoy.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4 servings
