Smoothies make such a great breakfast or snack! This one is full of fiber, protein, and healthy fats to keep you full.

Smoothies are easier to digest and also taste amazing. This smoothie has added fiber to help keep your intestines healthy!

Smoothie Fiber Bowl 

 

Ingredients 

Directions 

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend to combine.  
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or cup and top with your preferred toppings such as Anthony’s Goods Coconut Flakes, Anthony’s Goods Chia Seeds, granola, etc.  
Prep Time: 2 minutes 
Total Time: 5 minutes 
Yields: 1 smoothie
