Brownies. Fudgy, a little gooey, and oh-so-chocolatey, they are a staple at potlucks, parties, and even dessert after a weeknight dinner. But what if you are limiting your carb intake?

Never fear; our low-carb brownie recipe is here! It's just as delicious as the original, but is made with high-protein almond flour and sweetened with erythritol for a much better insulin response! Enjoy!

Low Carb Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease a 8”x8” glass baking dish. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the egg and butter. 
  3. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, chocolate chips, and salt; mix well.
  4. Transfer to the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cool, cut, and enjoy. 

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Yield: 9 brownies
