Low Carb Coconut Flour Bread

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Coconut Oil, melted
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour
  • 1 tablespoons Anthony’s Psyllium Husk Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ tablespoon Anthony’s Erythritol
  1. Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit and grease a 7.5”x3.5” loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and egg whites.
  3. Add the coconut oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar; mix well.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, baking soda, and erythritol; mix well.
  5. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Cool and cut.

Cook time: 25 minutes
Yield: 1 loaf
