Marine Collagen Granola

Breakfast Buckwheat dairy free gluten free

Some store bought granolas are full of sugar and unnecessary ingredients. You won't have to feel bad about consuming this homemade granola which is full of healthy ingredients. The big chunks are our favorite!
This granola is perfect on top of yogurt or eaten with almond milk. You can use it to top ice-cream, oatmeal, smoothies, and so much more. We like eating it right out of a bowl too!

Marine Collagen Granola  



  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit.  
  2. Add dates to a food processor and process until the dates form into a ball.
  3. Add the honey and coconut oil to the food processor and process until smooth.
  4. Next, add the nuts, mulberries, coconut, & buckwheat groats to a large bowl.
  5. Add the marine collagen & salt to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  6. Add the honey, coconut oil, and date paste to the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir the mixture until everything is combined.
  7. Add the granola to a 9X13 inch baking sheet and spread in an even layer.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  9. Once the 20 minutes is up, let the granola cool completely before storing the granola in an air tight container.

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes 
Dairy Free & Gluten Free 
Yields: approximately 6 cups of granola
