No-Bake Anthony’s Superfood Brownies
⅓ cup Anthony’s Coconut Oil
⅓ cup peanut butter
Stevia to taste
2 tablespoons Anthony’s Cane Sugar
¼ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon chamomile tea leaves
½ tablespoon Anthony’s Yellow Maca
½ teaspoon Anthony’s Ground Ginger
½ teaspoon Anthony’s Amla Powder
1 cup Anthony’s Coconut Flakes
In a mixing bowl mix together the coconut oil, peanut butter, stevia, cane sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add the coconut flour, chamomile, yellow maca, ginger, amla, and coconut; mix well.
Press into a 8”x8 glass baking dish and chill until set.
Cut and enjoy.
