Pretty-in-Pink Beet Latte
- 1 Tbsp Anthony’s Beet Juice Powder
- 1 tsp Anthony’s Ground Ginger Root
- ½ cup Anthony’s Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 cup water
- Anthony’s Dried Hibiscus Flowers to garnish
- Honey or other sweetener to taste (if desired)
- Mix coconut milk powder in warm water and whisk until lumps are fully dissolved.
- Add in beet juice powder, ground ginger root and honey to taste.
- Optional: Pour into a milk frother to get a nice layer of foam.
- Garnish with hibiscus flowers and dried rosebuds.
