These taste like chocolate peanut butter cups but are naturally sweetened and have plant-based protein! So good!

Peanut Butter Layer:

Chocolate Layer:

Peanut Butter Layer:

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and pea protein; mix well.
  2. Divide between 8-10 foil muffin liners.
  3. Freeze until set.

Chocolate Layer:

  1. In another bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and cocoa powder; mix well. 
  2. Divide between the muffin liners on top of the peanut butter layer. 
  3. Freeze until set.
