Coconut Vanilla Protein Bars

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut milk powder, collagen, cane sugar, and stevia; mix well.
  2. Add coconut oil and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Form into a ½” thick rectangle on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze until set.
  5. Cut into bars.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Prep time: 10 minutes
