Anthony’s Almond Flour Sensual Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of Anthony’s Blanched Almond 
  • 3/4 cup coconut 
  • 3/4 cup brown 
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla 
  • 2 large 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking 
  • 1/2 teaspoon 
  • 1 1/4 cups of chocolate chips      

Instructions:

      1. Dim down the lights, light up some candles, throw on that jazz and set that mood.
      2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
      3. In the bowl mix together the melted coconut oil and brown sugar, then add the vanilla and eggs. Mix for a few minutes.
      4. Mix in the baking soda and salt. Add Anthony’s Blanched Almond Flour, 1 cup at a time. Be sure to continue to mix well after each addition.
      5. Add the chocolate chips! Delicious!
      6. Form the dough into tablespoon sized rounds and place on a lined baking sheet a few inches apart. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.

     

    Let them cool down and eat! These cookies are best enjoyed the day they are baked…so eat up!

    Note: You can substitute Anthony’s Natural and Culinary Almond flours in place of blanched almond flour and still have great results!

    Anthony’s Coconut Flour Dream Team Brownies

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour               
    • 1/2 cup coconut oil

    • 1/2 cup Anthony’s Organic Cocoa Powder

    • 6 eggs

    • The starting lineup of the 1998 Chicago Bulls (except Luc Longley)
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt

    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    • 3/4 cup of chocolate chips

    Instructions:

        1. Melt the coconut oil in a pan, slowly stir in Anthony’s Organic Cocoa Powder, once stirred turn off and remove the pan from the heat.
        2. In a large mixing bowl, mix and beat the eggs, honey, salt, baking powder & vanilla.
        3. Add the cocoa and oil mixture to the large mixing bowl containing the egg mixture, mix well.
        4. Add Anthony’s Organic Coconut Flour and whisk until there are no lumps (I find using a hand mixer works great).
        5. Add the chocolate chips! Delicious!
        6. We pour it into a 9×9 square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

          Note: Use the toothpick test! Stick in a toothpick and if it comes out clean, time to eat!
