This aromatic spice is the dried bud of a flower that is harvested immaturely and dried to become the woody textured whole clove you know. It is the most common part in spice blends like garam masala, pumpkin spice and also used to make teas. Clove’s essential oil Eugenol is responsible for its warm and sweet aroma. Anthony’s hand-select Organic Whole Cloves are Non-Irradiated, Non-GMO and Gluten-Free.
Easily grind cloves into a powder using a coffee grinder or use whole.
